SBOCC Novice Women:
This is your first year paddling and there are lots to
learn. Your coaches will do their best however it is
your own responsibility to learn as much as you can
from what is available to you. Below are some articles I have put together to help you understand your job/position in the canoe. It is your responsibility to read them before each practice so that you come prepared.
