COACHES
Our coaches are dedicated club members who volunteer their time to coach our team in addition to being paddlers themselves.
SBOCC coaches are accomplished paddlers themselves and many have years of coaching experience as well. Our coaches spend immense amounts of time developing training plans, running our practices, setting crews for races, providing guidance on technique, nutrition, training, etc., and supporting our club members in achieving both individual and team goals over the course of the season.

The SBOCC board is comprised of members who are leaders in our club and volunteer their time to serve on the board.
Board members represent our club by conducting, managing, and controlling the affairs and activities of SBOCC. Board members serve a one-year term and are voted on annually by the entire club.
